Hours: Full-time salaried role or part-time (we're flexible for the right candidate).
Rate/Salary: dependant on experience.
Shifts: day, evenings, weekends.
Experience: minimum of 2 years leading a kitchen team.
Having own transport is recommended as visits to other sites required.
ROLE:
Chef or Cook needed - someone who has the ability to run a small team.
Is up to date with HACCP, good kitchen hygiene practice, allergens, stock rotation, minimising wastage etc
Menu is already fully built & suppliers sourced - full training will be given on how to cook & present food in the Bear Bar style by our Executive Chef.
You will be working with a small friendly team, so we expect a friendly and professional attitude and respect for all your colleagues from the KP to the waitresses.
Bear Bar & Kitchen is currently in the ascension with the group now being responsible for 20 sites across the southwest (under various brand names).
So there is huge scope for the right candidate to progress within the company and it's sub-brands, and have access to certified training programmes.
