You are warmely welcomed by Seventh Door Productions, Falifornia Music & Ocean Lodge Newquay to the official launch of The Venue, Newquay! The Venue is a brand new and exciting venue and what we hope will be a hub of Cornish music. We are inviting everyone down to come and have a look and hear the venue for themselves. If you are interested in using the venue this is the perfect opportunity to come and see what we are up to. There will be music running all night and entry is completely free! Line-up TBA. It is a common discussion for Cornish musicians that the scene is dying and that there are no decent venues- we are hoping to create a venue where musicians want to play and where audiences will know that they will see some great music. We are also launching a series of showcase events in collaboration withSeventh Door Productions entitled 'Seventh Door Presents' to showcase local musicians. About The Venue: The Venue is looking to play host to a number of local & touring musicians as well as holding regular themed nights, comedy nights and parties. The Venue is also available to hire for private events, parties, socials, corporate events & wedding receptions. The Venue is part of Ocean Lodge Newquay and has accommodation that is available for all events. The Venue itself has a 100 person standing capacity and can cater to seated events. The venue features full in house sound with engineer, fully mountable lighting rig and in house lighting and a green room.
